A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. A
step that I took..From being an employee to being an entrepreneur….From
brainstorming…..to business planning. …. From risk taking…to knowing &
realizing that nothing is unrealistic…From planning the capital investment…. to
managing the operational expenses….From budgeting….to monitoring the
expenses….From working in isolation till late in the night…. to recruiting a
phenomenal team….From training my people….to driving them to achieve their
targets…..Challenges, Difficulties, Ups and downs, Happy & Sad, Difficult
& Easy days ----Everything has been memorable and a learning experience in
this one year. Taking all kinds of business decisions by myself has made me
even more confident. Surrounded myself with great people, people who know a lot
about things that I don't know. People who challenged me, who think entirely
different which kept me ongoing. Time and again inspired self & team to
never give up. Everything has paid off in the end… There has been nothing
better & accomplishing than having that freedom to do what you want and
whenever you want without taking anyone’s consent...
Humantra is proud to complete 1 year of its operations today
1-10-2013… The number 1 is a doer, a powerful force that produces results and
does not allow anything or anyone to limit its potential. The 1 is aggressive,
a necessary energy for creating and producing. The 1 is always in the
forefront: a spearpoint directing and leading others. The shape of the number
1, just like the shape of all other symbols, reflects its meaning; it walks
upright with pride and purpose. Strong, determined, unwavering and with
specific goals in mind, the 1 can turn dreams and ideas into reality. It pushes
obstacles aside or simply drills right through them. 1 year of Interviewing
