Senior Manager - Training & Development (Corporate Role)



Qualification: MBA (Full Time Must) in HR from a Good B School with 12 to 16 years of relevant work experience in areas of Training & Development, Organization Development Initiatives and other areas of Human Resources. Preferred candidates with additional certifications, diploma in Training & Development (ISTD)

Desired Profile: Preferably worked in Automotive / Manufacturing Industry with Medium to Large scale set up in Training & Development. Job Stability: Candidate should have atleast spent 3 years or more in each company, in case of multiple changes. Male candidate only, Age bracket 32-29 yrs

Job Responsibilities:
- Support Training Head in framing strategy & execution of overall activities of the department.
- Interact with managers of different business verticals and facilitate training need identification process based on projected deliverables, competition, and developmental needs.
- Develop new training programs and upgrade the existing programs.
- Develop testing and evaluation procedures for both trainers and training programs in order to enhance training effectiveness.
- Evaluate performance of training programs/instructors (external trainers) thereby providing recommendations for improvement.
- Design & Execute of training programs both behavioral & functional for all the levels - associates and managerial cadre.
- Streamline the trainer’s database management system & effectively do analysis/inputs of the same for the top management.
- Plan, develop & Organize training and employee development programs, using most appropriate method of delivery such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences and workshops.
- Conduct periodic feedback sessions with employees/ participants to capture highlights of a training program
- Devise ROI methodology to measure training effectiveness.
- Drive Automation projects in areas of training & development.

Manager / Sr. Manager - City Infra Lead

Scope

·         O&M of OFC Network and Facilities like AG3, AG2, ILA, AG1, eNodeB within the City boundary
Network optimization andenhancement activities.

Responsibilities

·         Asset Management
o    Updation of Asset Master and O&M history for Assets
·         Maintenance Management
o    Monitoring performance of the Managed Services vendor against defined SLAs w.r.t. reliability of OFC network, uptime of utility equipment and network facilities, HSE&F guidelines
o    Propose and implement energy optimization initiatives
o    IR / FAR process
o    Change Management including documentation
·         Materials Management
o    Management of spares – own / VMI
·         Contracts Management
o    Development, selection & evaluation of vendors / sub-vendors
o    Maintenance interface with duct lease / tower sharing agency
·         Maintenance Budget & Cost Control (Capex&Opex)
o    Preparation of Opex&Capex proposals
o    Monitoring and control of Opex&Capex
·         General
o    Provide leadership to O&M team – In-house / outsourced
o    Recruitment of key positions – In-house / outsourced
o    Competency Management of O&M team –In-house / outsourced
o    Compliance to QMS System Procedures and Guidelines
o    Compliance to Statutory & Regulatory requirements.
o    Coordinate with NOC and OSP O&M Core team for resolution of critical technical issues
Manage external interfaces with local authorities / other Operators

Requirements -

·         Familiarization with OSS, SAP PM & MM Modules
·   Soft skills – Leadership, Team building, Motivation, Communication, Interpersonal relationship management, Conflict Management
Medium proficiency in MS Office pack (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

Who can apply ?

·         Graduate / Post Graduate Engineers in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and other streams.
Experience of 10 to 15 Years in the field of Operations & Maintenance, preferably in Telecom, Retail, Large scale service Industries, Large scale Petro chemical or related Industries.
