Revenue Assurance Head - Finance & Accounts (DGM Level) in Ahmedabad

Service Delivery:

• Manage seamless service delivery of pan India circles for Revenue Assurance.

Operational Excellence:

• Seamless execution and stabilization of Business Operations.
• Improving Operational Excellence by various initiatives.
• Process re-engineering and automation to deliver productivity.
• Budget management  for the process
• Optimise overall cost for The process
• Minimise operational issues post migration.
• Bring year on Year improvement in KPI

Business Partnering:

• Strengthen Partner Relationship Management model and continue to engage the stakeholders.
• Improve CSAT score year on year for
• Create best practice sharing forums.
• Integration with circle finance team
• Support business in New Business Initiatives

Partnering People Management:

• Work closely with HR for

-          Developing a highly motivated team,

-          Bring improvement in VPS score over previous year,

-          Develop systems & procedures for succession planning, progressive employee training & development programmes & identify future leaders

-          Finding avenues for retaining & attracting key talent

-          Drive Health Safety & Wellbeing initiatives, VF ways of working, employee townhalls & Reward & recognition

-          Deliver quality and timely training requirement for SSC and Circle for BAU and Projects,

-          Talent development to support SSC growth through capability development Programme

Candidate should be MBA / CA with 12-15 yrs of exp.
