- HR Performance Scorecard | |
- Monthly Waterfall Data | |
- Any other reports as and when required | |
Contract Labour Management | · SPOC for all Associate employees in the circle |
· Coordinate with Manpower vendors and resolve all queries related to Associates | |
· Maintain associate employee database and prepare all related MIS | |
· Define and govern Off Roll specific HR policies for the circle | |
· Ensure timely payment for vendor and associate employees | |
· Ensure all statutory compliance with regards to PF, ESI, PT etc for contract employees. | |
· Maintain record for all associate employees | |
Statutory Compliance | · Ensure zero audit points in compliance audit |
· Ensure all applicable licenses are obtained at the circle | |
· Ensure all statutory payments are remitted within time | |
· Document all challans and receipts are properly filed | |
· SPOC for any compliance inspection | |
Exit Management | · Ensure exit interviews are conducted for all voluntary attritions |
· Prepare analysis with regards to reason for exit | |
· Perform post 60days interview with exit employees and analyse trigger for exit |
