Surveillance & Fault Management Network Manager (Shift Head) for Leading Telecom Operator in Mumbai.


- To monitor the performance of the installed network & initiate actions to improve the performance,Troubleshooting of in-service problems & provision of emergency corrections.
- To handle & analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions & Solution
- Technical consultation, Project and/or Functional Team Leader responsibility at Department level.
- Transfer of knowledge to Engineers and Support Engineers including development of structured practical training programs.
-  Interact with top level management to understand their requirements and give feasibility for implementation of the same.
- Ability to perform under time constraints depending upon the business requirements.
- Delegate within the team so as to utilize man power efficiently,  identify and ensure that the team members get necessary trainings

Knowledge & Skills
- Should have strong working experience of at-least 4-5 year in at-least one of the following domains – RAN (LTE, 3G, 2G), /IP Data/Transport Networks/any other Fixline Technology.
- Excellent knowledge of Level 1 FM operations and Network Architecture of converged Networks and protocols.
- Must have a good knowledge of Telecommunications technology, Network Operation processes and fundamentals as well as a good understanding of the emerging technologies
