Territory Sales Manager - Prepaid Distribution for a Leading Telecom Operator in Bangalore


*To educate the customers regarding company's schemes & products.
*To develop the area/territory assigned.
*To provide market feedback on competition, customer behaviour and response to our marketing mix.
*To train & educate the dealer sales force regarding company's latest policies, products and schemes.
*Responsible for achievement of revenue targets assigned to distributors
*Develop and maintain a robust and highly productive prepaid distribution and retailing infrastructure.
*To prospect and appoint new distributors to improve and strengthen the infrastructure as per plan in a fixed time frame
*To increase the percentage of activating outlets in the territory.
*To achieve the targeted sales directly/with the help of Distributor Sales Executives
*Maintain quality of sale and develop net add Market Share
*Achievement of gross adds targets through prepaid distribution network
*Plan and co-ordinate activities prior to launch



CTC - 4 lacs - 8 lacs / pa depending on candidature, exp, qualifications, current CTC, etc.
